- Seamless carrier integration.
- After scanning fulfillment items, shipping labels are automatically generated and printed. All carrier labels print from the same thermal printer, with any additional documents sent to your A4 printer.
- One-scan single item labels.
- Our dedicated single-item fulfillment strategy lets you pick dozens of single item orders into one tote, then generate shipping labels with just one scan at the pack bench.
- Pack-only promotions.
- Support for pack-only items that don't require picking - scan thank-you cards, stickers, free samples, and other promotional inclusions directly at the pack bench.
- Issue Management.
- If any errors are encountered during packing or shipping, packers can quickly flag the Fulfillment as an Issue and put it aside for supervisor review. This allows the packers to stay on task maximising pack velocity.
